Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are my purchases warranty covered? 

Yes, all purchases made with us will hold a warranty of at least 1 year from the date of delivery. 

2. Are there delivery charges? 

Yes, there will be a delivery charge of $35/trip for orders below $300. Orders of $300 and above are eligible for free delivery. 

3. Are there installation and other service charges? 

Additional basic installation and technical services are subject to a service charge. Do consult our sales team as charges may differ depending on conditions (eg. location, ceiling height, etc.).

4. I changed my mind! Will I be able to make a refund?

In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the total amount stated in the sales order will be forfeited. Orders can, however, be exchanged for another item of an equivalent value or higher.  

5. When will I receive my order?

Depending on the stock availability of the product, delivery time may range from next day delivery to - in very rare circumstances - 2 weeks. A delivery date will be scheduled whenever an order is made. Should you require changes to the scheduled delivery, do contact your salesperson at least 3 days in advance. 

6. Are we able to make orders online? 

Our products cannot be purchased online at the moment.
